In order to ensure that the loader achieves the best surface painting effect, LUYU will first carry out the surface treatment process for the loader. The equipment removes the welding slag, oxidized layer and other impurities on the surface of the parts through high-speed rotation, so as to achieve the effect of removing the surface impurities and enhancing the adhesion of the subsequent paint spraying. It can also enhance the hardness and corrosion resistance of the loader surface, providing a good foundation for subsequent processing and painting.

This step also eliminates thermal stress. Due to the temperature difference generated during the robotic laser cutting process, the steel plate expands and contracts unevenly in volume, generating thermal stresses that can lead to steel plate deformation. In the sub-process, steel grit strikes the surface of the loader steel, eliminating thermal stress and reducing steel plate deformation.

Before painting, it is also necessary to heat the structural parts to remove the moisture, and then carry out the painting process to make the paint adhesion better. Many factories omit this step to save cost. LUYU, on the other hand, has always been upholding the principle of being responsible for the machine and responsible for the customers, and will not do any abridged steps.

The paint of LUYU loader is divided into three layers of antirust primer, medium paint and automobile top coat. In order to achieve a better protection of the loader, we especially carry out 8 coats of spraying: one layer of base, one layer of anti-rust, two layers of primer, two layers of medium paint, and two layers of topcoat.
