1. Our structural parts are welded by Panasonic Robot for two rounds，the seam is up to 1mm.
2. All structural parts will be shot blasted by loaders before going to the powder coating line, which makes the powder more adhesive and can also improves the rigidity.
3. All the pins are made of 40crome and undergo high-frequency induction hardening.
4. Enlarged radiators for hydraulic oil，engines and gearbox，some competitors do not have hydraulic oil radiator as standard configuration.
5. For articulation parts，it adopts 3-section design，easy for maintenance. And fixed onto the metal plate, thus no friction when steering.
6. We adpot bent and thickened rear frame.
