Loader is an indispensable “Hercules” on the construction site, whether it is carrying materials or clean up the site, it can easily deal with. But just like people occasionally get sick, the loader will inevitably have some minor problems after a long time of use. Today, we will talk about the common faults of the loader, see how they occur, what performance, and how to quickly solve, so that you can easily deal with the work of the small trouble.

The loader common faults and cause analysis

1. Difficulty or inability to start the engine

Reason:

Insufficient battery power or aging battery

Fuel system blockage or poor fuel quality

Failure of starter motor or ignition system

Air filter clogged, resulting in insufficient air intake

Phenomenon:

Engine does not respond or starts slowly when starting

Stalls immediately after starting

Solution:

Check the battery voltage, charge or replace if necessary

Clean the fuel system and replace with high quality fuel

Check starter motor and ignition system, repair or replace damaged parts

Clean or replace air filter

2. Insufficient hydraulic system pressure

Cause:

Insufficient or poor quality hydraulic fluid

Worn hydraulic pump or damaged seals

Hydraulic line blockage or leakage

Phenomenon:

Loader lifting powerless or slow movement

Hydraulic system noise abnormality

Solution:

Check the hydraulic oil level, replenish or replace the hydraulic oil

Inspection and repair of the hydraulic pump, replace worn parts

Check the hydraulic pipeline, repair the leakage or clogging

3. Abnormal tire wear

Cause:

Tire pressure too high or too low

Improper driving maneuvers, such as sharp turns or hard braking

Poor ground conditions, such as gravel or sharp objects

Phenomenon:

Uneven wear on the tire surface

Cracks or bulges on the side of the tire

Solution:

Regularly check tire pressure and keep it within the standard range

Standardize driving operations, avoid sharp turns or harsh braking

Slow down under adverse road conditions and install tire protection chains if necessary.

4. Braking system failure

Cause:

Insufficient or deteriorated brake fluid

Brake pads are worn out

Leakage of air or oil from brake lines

Phenomenon:

Slow response or complete failure when braking

Brake pedal feels soft when pressed

Solution:

Check brake fluid, replenish or replace

Replace worn brake pads

Check brake lines and fix leaks

5. Transmission rattles or shifts with difficulty

Cause:

Insufficient or poor quality transmission fluid

Worn gears or damaged synchronizers

Loose or damaged gearshift mechanism

Phenomenon:

Rattling or sticking when shifting gears

Abnormally high transmission temperature

Solution:

Check the transmission fluid, replenish or replace

Inspect the inside of the gearbox, replace worn parts

Inspect the gearshift mechanism, repair or replace damaged partsSecond, how to prevent loader failure?

Regular maintenance:

According to the maintenance cycle recommended by the manufacturer, change the oil, hydraulic oil, filters and other wearing parts regularly to ensure that the equipment is in the best condition.

Standardized operation:

Avoid overloaded operation, reduce rapid acceleration, emergency braking and other improper operation, to extend the service life of the equipment.

Daily inspection:

Check the tire pressure, oil level, braking system and other key parts before each use to find and solve problems in time.

Environmental adaptation:

According to the operating environment to choose the appropriate equipment configuration, such as the use of reinforced tires or protective devices in poor road conditions.

If you encounter other problems in the process of use, it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel in a timely manner to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
