For LUYU, delivery is a critical part of the overall quality chain—one that requires the same high standards, clear procedures, and strong sense of responsibility as the manufacturing process itself.
Before shipment, every LUYU tractor is accepted as a complete machine, not as individual components.
During the acceptance process, our team carefully verifies:
The completeness of accompanying documentation, including the Operator's Manual, Product Certificate of Conformity, Warranty Certificate, Packing List, engine technical documents, and parts catalog;
The consistency of serial numbers across the tractor, engine, and all certificates, ensuring full traceability;
The availability of all accompanying tools, spare parts, and attachments according to the packing list.
This process is not only a commitment to our customers, but also a fundamental requirement for maintaining long-term brand credibility.

Tractors may experience handling, loading, or short-distance driving before final delivery.
For this reason, LUYU conducts an additional inspection prior to shipment to confirm:
The overall appearance is intact;
Key components are securely installed;
The machine remains in proper technical condition.
Only tractors that meet all inspection requirements are approved for shipment.
LUYU applies clear and standardized transportation procedures based on different delivery methods.
When tractors are transferred by self-driving, traffic regulations are strictly observed and safe distances are maintained;
For truck transportation, loading and unloading must be carried out on level ground with proper auxiliary equipment;
After loading, the tractor is secured through confirmed braking, gear positioning, power-off procedures, and locking measures;
Tires, axles, and the machine body are fixed at multiple points to prevent movement during transport;
Special attention is given to height restrictions, culverts, bridges, and turning safety;
For container transportation, dedicated fixing or full-machine crating solutions are used to ensure stability and reliability inside the container.
Every detail is designed to reduce transportation risks to the lowest possible level.

During loading and unloading, LUYU strictly enforces safety requirements:
Transportation vehicle parking brakes must be reliable and effective;
Front and rear wheels must be firmly secured with wedges;
Tractors must be operated at the lowest possible speed;
On-site guidance is mandatory, and unauthorized personnel are not allowed near the operation area.
What may seem like strict requirements are, in fact, the result of LUYU's years of delivery and export experience.
For LUYU, successful shipment does not mark the end of responsibility.
A safe, standardized, and controlled delivery process is the first step toward reliable operation and long-term customer satisfaction.
It is this long-term commitment to details—often invisible to the end user—that enables LUYU tractors to perform reliably across different countries, industries, and working conditions.
