Laser cutting, CNC machining and manual assembly are the core links in the production process of the wheel loader, and each of them plays a key role, which is decisive for the quality, precision and performance of the loader. LUYU factory has its own unique advantages, the main features are as follows:

1.Laser  Cutting

The structural parts of the whole vehicle adopt laser cutting, which can cut 30mm steel plate with high precision and good smoothness. The precision reaches 0.1mm.Most of other factories can only laser cut up to 20mm steel plate, more than 20mm can only use flame cutting. Flame cutting high temperature will lead to steel deformation, brittle and low cutting accuracy laser cutting advantages:

① fast;

② cutting a variety of complex shapes;

③ non-contact processing reduces the thermal impact, almost no thermal deformation, to avoid the problem of secondary processing;

④The error of the parts cut out is extremely small, which ensures the precision of parts assembly, the balance of the whole vehicle and the consistency of quality control.

2.CNC  Machining  Center

The CNC machining center is a powerful, efficient and flexible machine with high precision that maintains a high degree of consistency in machining parts. 

It combines mechanical equipment and CNC system, especially suitable for processing complex parts. Widely used in machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing, aerospace, automotive industry, medical equipment and other fields.

3.Manual Assembly

The complexity and size of components such as the loader's frame and boom require ensuring that the individual components can be accurately aligned before welding. Manual assembly can be fine-tuned on a case-by-case basis.

The stress concentration that occurs during the welding process can be reduced through manual spot welding by LUYU workers. This is because spot welding can be performed in multiple positions, thereby spreading the welding stresses and reducing the risk of component distortion. This process helps ensure consistent weld quality and product reliability.

4.Robotic Welding

To ensure the stability and excellence of weld quality, we use Panasonic intelligent robot to weld. Before welding Robot first ultrasonic probe to check the steel plate, if there is any damage to the steel plate, Robot will stop and sound an alarm.

We require Robot to perform two welds, with weld seams up to 1cm wide. This ensures that every weld is of optimal quality. 

Advantage: Robot does not jitter during the welding process, so there are no false welds, thus ensuring a flat and smooth weld.

5.Surface Shot Blasting

Through the high-speed rotation of the shot blasting machine will castings and other workpieces on the surface of the welding slag, oxide layer and other impurities removed, so as to achieve the effect of removing surface impurities, and enhance the adhesion of the subsequent paint spraying, but also to enhance the hardness of the surface and corrosion resistance, to provide a good basis for the subsequent processing and painting.

Compared with manual shot blasting, LUYU adopts 0.8mm fine steel sand, multi-nozzle all-round machine shot blasting without dead angle, longer shot blasting time, better removal of impurities.

At the same time, shot blasting can also eliminate thermal stress, due to the laser cutting process, the resulting temperature difference, uneven volume expansion and contraction of the steel plate, resulting in thermal stress, which can lead to deformation of the steel plate. Shot blasting process, steel sand strikes the surface of the steel plate, eliminating thermal stress, reducing the deformation of the steel plate.

6.Paint Shop

Drying: the structural parts are first heated to remove the moisture, and then the painting process is carried out to make the paint adhesion better. Many friendly companies omit this step to save cost.

Paint: Our paint is divided into three coats of anti-rust primer, medium paint, and automotive topcoat. 

8 coats of spray: one coat of base, one coat of anti-rust, two coats of primer, two coats of medium paint, and two coats of topcoat.
